I’ve upped my walking to 1 ½ hours in the morning and 2 hours after lunch. The morning gratitude walks are the best..just as the day is coming to life…the birds are singing, the morning dew is burning off (i must get some leech protective socks)…it’s so beautiful and makes me feel so lucky to be here :o). At this rate trekking in Nepal should be a lot easier.
